Joseph Ketner Construction has partnered with NW Children’s Outreach to help local children in need.

The unexpected can happen to any family and Joseph Ketner Construction is here to support the local community.

In all families, the unexpected can happen. Whether it’s the loss of a job or partner, illness or temporary setback, it can happen to anyone. But children should not be put at risk during these times. That’s why Joseph Ketner Construction has partnered with NW Children’s Outreach, purchasing necessary items to care for our local children and families in need. It’s hard to imagine in our prosperous city, that many children go without basic items like coats, shoes and warm winter clothes. But it happens. Parents in our area struggle to afford diapers and formula for their infants and hygiene care for their teens. NW Children’s Outreach is committed to providing resources to all children in need from birth to 18 years, regardless of religious, ethnic or political affiliation. They stand in the gap between poverty and caring agencies with resources to help children. Please join us, and together we can reach out to meet the needs in our local community. Poverty is a condition, not a child’s destiny. You can help by contacting Joseph Ketner Construction and NW Children’s Outreach.

Joseph Ketner Construction has partnered with Embrace Oregon to make and deliver Welcome Boxes to foster children in the Portland area. More than 11,000 at-risk children are in foster care in Oregon. Find out how you, too, can help at www.embraceoregon.org.

The Joseph Ketner Construction team is working hard to enhance our community, where our families can live and prosper together.

Joseph Ketner Construction believes in supporting the local Portland community. That’s why owner Joe Ketner started his “Giving Back” program. Joe believes that contributing to organizations that help those who are less fortunate is necessary for communities to thrive.

Joe feels that supporting organizations in the community, such as Habitat for Humanity and Portland Rescue Mission, both of which help get people out of poverty, is one way to strengthen the community, making it a better place to live for everyone.

Every year JKC will donate a portion of their profits to nonprofit programs that help the community. Additionally, JKC participates through labor in the Habitat for Humanity Blitzbuild.

If you are a homeowner interested in working with JKC on your home remodeling project, and know of a deserving organization to receive a donation, please contact us.
